The LIFE IP ZENAPA (Zero Emission Nature Protection Areas) not only supported the founding of Wurzener Land-Werke GmbH and the identification of new local heating networks, but also the planting of the agroforestry project, which was developed in close cooperation with the Institute for Applied Material Flow Management (IfaS) at Trier University of Applied Sciences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saxony&#8217;s largest agroforestry system as a model<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saxony&#8217;s largest contiguous agroforestry system was created on 18 hectares in B\u00f6hlitz \u2013 with over 30,000 trees planted, including poplars and valuable timber species.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Win-win-win situation thanks to agroforestry\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4iNstBTVYKM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vote now!
